Trentingrana cheese is a mountain product, under control from the production of forage and the milk, to the transformation and sale of the finished product. It is a product that stands out from similar cheeses made in the plain by its organoleptic qualities such as the special fragrance, the aroma and the flavour in perfect balance between mild and salty which makes it palatable for everyone. Produced since 1926 only with selected milk, rennet and salt, it is ready after being cured for 18/20 months and longer. It is recommended for everyone, in particular for adolescents and the elderly, as it is rich in calcium which helps bone calcification. It is a semi-fat cheese and therefore has a reduced lipid content, making it ideal for the modern diet. Only one hundred thousand cheeses are made per year
